How to use -

Please use in this order

Adodun Soap - take a small amount and use to clean vagina as your last step in your shower routine. Or use soap to clean vagina 1 hour before sex.

Sweet sensation Insert- take a good scoop and insert inside vagina and leave to melt (takes up to 30mins)

Ayu Oil - use a small amount to rub the opening of your vagina 15 minutes before sex.
